... but the bullpen let it get away in the bottom of the ninth.

Guys, when you need a ground ball, leaving pitches belt-high is a recipe for disaster.

Lester pitched well though, so that's encouraging.

I won't do this for all 162, but the Red Sox opener (and the home opener) are too special let slip by without note.

Now it feels like summer.
