Part of me wonders if a "Raw Foods Cooking Class" isn't just an excuse for a bellicose person to come in with a bunch of a raw food yelling, "EAT IT RAW, IDIOTS! IN ORDER TO EAT IT RAW YOU MUST NOT COOK IT! DUH!"


Now, to be fair, it may be a marketing angle to get literal-minded folks fired up so they look into it further. Or, just an acknowledgment that without calling it a cooking class you're looking at possibilities like: "Arrangement and selection of raw foods for the purpose of consumption."  Still, as a matter of principle, I just can't see myself spending money to take a raw foods cooking class.
