Bill Moyers and philosopher Daniel C. Dennett

Charlie Rose - An hour with guest host Bill Moyers and philosopher Daniel C. Dennett:

Guest host Bill Moyers talks to philosopher Daniel C. Dennett, the Director of the Center for Cognitive Studies at Tufts University. Dennett discusses his book 'Breaking The Spell: Religion as a Natural Phenomenon' that explores the evolution of religion among humans and his life as an atheist.
This interview is from 2006 after the publication of Dennett's Breaking the Spell. I'm a bigger fan of Bill Moyers as an interviewer than I am of Charlie Rose, but Moyers is puzzling, even irritating, here in his choice of questions and his fixation on people's reactions to cathedrals or religious music, as if he can't get past the fact atheists can still have an aesthetic appreciation of religious art without calling their reaction a religious experience. (The particular bit I'm referencing here starts right about the 38:00 mark, but his attitude is consistent throughout.)
