Keith Bennett dominated the Jacoby Custom Cues Carolina Tour last season, and though he shared the spotlight with some of the Carolinas’ other heavy hitters throughout this season, all eyes were back on him at the October 2-3 finale. The site of Bennett’s third victory of the year was On The Snap Billiards in Fuquay-Varina, NC, where a talented field gathered for the $1,000-added event.
